  Sea Star Diving Service llc was founded in 2004 as an independent private company, fully membership of Chamber of Comerce, Industry and Navigation of Constanta and authorized by the Ministry of Transport of Romania and being specialized in performing a large scale of different services of underwater inspections at submersible structures such as ship hulls and underwater hydrotechnical constructions.
  Since the beginning, Sea Star Diving Service has acquired a vaste expertise on the field, becoming one of the main providers of underwater sevices to various romanian and international companies. Our company policy is to carry out water inspections with full respect of international and national rules and standards. Stated purpose of this policy is satisfying in the highest degree our customer’s requests and needs, at the same time taking care of the environment. Each employee of our company is trained and examined periodically in order to implement this policy.
  Our company owns a broad variety of professional diving equipment which together with exceptional professional training of employees have contributed to an excellent reputation in the field.
  Sea Star Diving Service llc also holds ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) and RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) certifications issued for underwater inspection performance, and other licenses and permits necessary for carrying out the highest level of professionalism.
